Affiliate disclosure
GridComfort takes part in the Amazon Associates program. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases: if you buy after following an Amazon link from a page here, Amazon pays us a small share of the sale. You pay the same price either way — the commission comes out of Amazon's margin, not out of your total.
Parts are chosen by the number in the manufacturer's manual, not by what pays best. Where a manual names a part number, that is what the page links; where it specifies something more general — a viscosity, a battery group size, a cord rating — the page says so and links a part that meets it. A product being unavailable to us as an affiliate has never removed it from a page, and a better commission has never put one on.
No prices and no availability appear on this site. Both change constantly and both live with the shop; anything we printed here would be out of date by the time you read it. What a part costs and whether it is in stock is shown on Amazon, after you follow the link.
The calculator pages carry no affiliate links at all. A tool that answers a question should not also be selling the answer.
Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored nofollow noopener" in the page code and open in a new tab. Pages may also carry a "get repair quotes" link to a lead-referral partner, which may pay for the referral, and is marked the same way. The affiliate relationship never decides what a code means, which fix a page recommends, or when a page tells you to call a professional instead of buying anything.
The site's editorial rules are in the editorial policy.
