Corrections are the most useful mail this site gets. If you spot a claim that doesn't match your unit's manual, include the model number and the manual page if you can — pages are corrected against the source documents, and the "Last updated" date changes when they are.

GridComfort can't diagnose your specific unit by email and doesn't provide repair service. For anything involving gas, 240 V wiring, or refrigerant, call a licensed professional or the manufacturer's support line listed on the relevant page.
